The millineum trilogy was definitely my favorites for the year. everything else was pretty much book club and my favorite from those was The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks if you are interested in something non-fiction.
We read a lot of the same books this year! I also adored the Hunger Games trilogy and the Millenium Trilogy. The Help was fantastic. I see you have Uglies on there...did you read the rest of the series? I really enjoyed it. I think my theme for 2010 was learning what great young adult literature is out there these days! I agree with Nujoud about Henrietta Lacks. It was a fantastic read. I have SO many books from Christmas and can't wait to devour them!
@ACQ wow, we did read a lot of the same books, but by your posted reviews you read WAY more than I did :). I loved loved loved the Hunger Games trilogy... and I can't wait to read The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's nest, it's in my stack to read. I read Uglies, Pretties, and Specials... I have Extras on audio but I'm not sure I even want to listen/read it. Specials just ticked me off. I was so disappointed after really liking Uglies and Pretties. Did you read Extras? I wish you were still active on goodreads!
